The Rotary Foundation (TRF) Golf Ball Drop was created in 2013 by Chris Morrison, member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Coral Gables, to raise money to assist in Rotary District 6990 various grant programs.

On February 8, 2024, at approximately 8.30 am, all the Donation ticket numbers will be transferred to a means that in thru a certified process will select the five people which will be receiving listed gifts according to the order they are shown by the certified website. Ticket holders are not required to be physically present at the event in order to be eligible for and receive one of the listed gifts. The recipients of each gift will be publicly announced during the event and will receive notification via phone, using the contact number and email, as provided on the ticket stub. Corresponding Rotary Club representatives will also be notified, If applicable. All awarded gifts must be claimed within a period of six (6) months from the date on which they were initially awarded. Tickets purchased for the event are non-refundable, and no refunds will be granted for any reason. There is no purchase necessary, and this fundraising is void where prohibited. Neither Rotary District 6990, the Rotary Club of Weston, Inc., any other promotional sponsors, nor their respective founders, owners, investors, parents, subsidiaries, companies, directors, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, franchisees, service agencies, independent contractors and agents are responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the acceptance or use of any gift.
